1. Use of Services
All games and services provided are for personal or commercial use as agreed upon in the project contract. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or modification of our work without permission is strictly prohibited.
2. Project Scope and Revisions
Project details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement. Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Payments
Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or project agreement. A deposit may be required to begin development. Late payments may result in project delays or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified, Royoni Developer retains the rights to code and assets developed. Clients are granted a license for use as defined in the agreement. Full ownership transfer can be negotiated separately.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless given written permission to showcase work in our portfolio.
6. Warranty & Support
We provide a limited post-launch support window for bug fixes. Additional support, updates, or maintenance can be arranged under a separate service plan.
7. Liability
Royoni Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our games or software, including data loss or downtime.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
